The "Jumping Ground Theme" song plays at the beginning of most episodes of The Jumping Ground. It was composed and performed by PRIMUS, featuring the band's lead singer, Les Claypool until the Nineteenth Season, when TeraBrite performed a new version of the theme.
Background[]
Over the course of the series, certain lyrics have been changed, including an entire verse, originally sung by Rob Broflovski, sung by Timmy Burch. Afterwards, they used a bluegrass remix of the song until mid-Season Ten, where the original song was remixed with "Whamola" by Les Claypool and his group, The Frog Brigade, from their album, Purple Onion.
This version of the theme lasted until Season Nineteen, when the whole theme was replaced by an all-new techno hip-hop version performed by TeraBrite.
When Cartoon Network started airing reruns of older episodes, the opening theme was back to the way it was during Season Five, with the addition of several recent characters.
